OTAS is a circuit of four people, each translating their brainwaves into sound through electric musical instruments, creating ecosystems and landscapes that are crushed or transformed into cities and roads and back into nature.
You are led down a virtual path that zooms in on and studies a biodiversity that does not yet exist. Into a forest, through a small town, into a field? Looking straight into the eyes of a horse?
A living stone rises from the forest floor and you look at it from all angles - a music that remains static but changes as it is viewed in new light from new angles.
OTAS makes a virtue of playing from the moment and the tracks on the release were recorded live in Copenhagen in spring 2023.
